1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pubg2 website and any services provided on it, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pubg2 platform. pubg2 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To use pubg2 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a resident or citizen in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling activities.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not have been previously banned from using any online gambling platform by any authority.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on pubg2. Registering multiple accounts by the same user, whether using different names, different email addresses or other information, is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

All information provided during registration, including full name, mobile phone number, email address and identification card details, must be accurate and up to date. pubg2 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time it deems necessary.

3 Account Security and Password

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login information, including your username and password. pubg2 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure your password is strong enough and not easily guessed.
• Not share your login information with any third party.
• Notify pubg2 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

pubg2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account use resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login information.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

pubg2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the user's account name. pubg2 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

pubg2 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own fees, and this is beyond pubg2's control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by pubg2 are subject to the stated wagering requirements. The pubg2 welcome bonus offers a 200% match on the first deposit up to RM300.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus value received. For example, if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM200, bringing your account balance to RM300. The wagering requirement that must be met is RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before any withdrawal from the bonus is permitted.

Another example: a deposit of RM400 gives a maximum bonus of RM300, bringing the balance to RM700. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes, not for direct withdrawal.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the account.
• pubg2 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

The pubg2 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to eligible members, divided into three tiers: Bronze gives cashback of up to 0.3% per week, Silver up to 0.7% per week, and Gold up to 1.0% per week. Tier upgrades depend on gaming activity and member loyalty.

6 Prohibited Activities

pubg2 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Cheating, manipulating or exploiting weaknesses in the pubg2 gaming system.
• Using automated software, bots, spiders or any tool designed to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Transferring funds between user accounts with the intent of circumventing wagering requirements or withdrawal policies.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person without their authorisation.
• Gaining access to another user's account without authorisation.
• Distributing unlawful, offensive or harmful content to other users through the pubg2 platform.

Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and legal action where applicable.

7 Limitation of Liability

pubg2 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or compensatory losses arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to betting losses, service interruptions or technical errors.

Although pubg2 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we do not guarantee that access to the website or services will always be continuous, timely or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions or factors beyond our control may affect service availability from time to time.

Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. Game outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.

8 Responsible Gambling

pubg2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We encourage users to set reasonable spending and playing time limits for themselves.

If you feel that gambling is beginning to have a negative impact on your life, please contact our customer service team for information on the self-control tools available, including deposit limit and self-exclusion options.

9 Intellectual Property

All content found on the pubg2 website, including logos, graphics, text, software code, interface designs and other materials, is the exclusive property of pubg2 or its legitimate licensors.

Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or content obtained from the pubg2 website without prior written authorisation.

Any use of pubg2 brand names, logos or marketing materials without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the pubg2 customer service team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method.

pubg2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass the identity verification process.
• Upon instruction from a competent authority.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, pubg2 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is carried out.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where pubg2 operates. pubg2 operates under a valid international licence and complies with all compliance requirements set by the licensing authority.

Should any dispute arise from or in connection with the use of pubg2 services, users are encouraged to contact our customer service team first to seek an amicable resolution. Our team is available 24/7 via live chat or email in Malay and English.

If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by the licensing body that issued pubg2's licence.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

pubg2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the pubg2 website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest applicable version. Continued use of pubg2 services after any amendment is published means you accept and agree to the amended terms.

If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using pubg2 services and close your account. The effective date of the current version of these terms is 1 January 2026.
